ORICoop is an ambitious project with complex communication needs. Inky Smudge took on their considerable volume of information and created a design that clarified ORICoop’s purpose and messages.

This is a membership-driven organisation and the structure of their existing online system was not providing the agility they needed. Through extensive consultation, Inky Smudge redesigned their membership services, both behind the scenes and on the screen. The result meets current needs and is now a solid foundation for future development of their membership benefits.
