Feel

We do this by delivering your content through the broadest range of visual media. Graphical representation, video examples, audio content, hide/reveal mechanisms etc place the viewer in the driving seat, allowing them to actively shape their own learning pathway. High production values are essential to drawing the viewer into a meaningful connection with the content.

Engage

Having enlivened the viewer through strong multi-media content, we then provide them with a process of affirming their newly acquired knowledge. The key here is to allow the learner to demonstrate a grasp of the fundamentals without adding undue stress or judgement in the process. We use methods where the learner 'makes things happen' through drag-and-drop, sorting boxes, almost game-like interactivity.

I am computer illiterate and they are highly knowledgeable but I have never felt stupid in dealing with them over the past four years. Everything was explained and discussed in detail. Since 2016, the StrokeEd collaboration has used the services of Inky Smudge. They initially developed a new multiformat (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc) website for us, as well as a new logo and business cards. While we primarily communicate via email, we have at least one face to face planning meeting annually.
